If you send a check, there are NO additional shipping-handling fees. When you pay with a credit card on the "Buy Now" button you may pay any amount you wish toward the final payment of the hunt. NO HUNT is reserved until a 50% payment is received. The balance of the hunt is due 30 days prior to arrival -- sorry, no exceptions unless specified in writing on the original invoice.

A 50% payment is required to book a hunt plus 3% fee for using credit card -- no 3% fee if sending check/money order. All payments are non-refundable. The balance of the hunt payment is due 30 days prior to the scheduled hunt. (Payment MAY be applied to another booking within the same season upon availability and per the outfitter's discretion.) Hunting license, meat processing and taxidermy services (or packing, shipping or delivery to/from taxidermist) are not included in fees. Tipping is customary, see TIPPING section.

What is included in the hunting packages?

ARRIVAL: No arrivals before 3:00PM unless otherwise instructed by Ken Mayer -- and please, if you arrive in our area before 3:00PM we will not be able to feed or house you before 3:00PM -- it's impossible to plan meals for unscheduled guests and it causes us to have to neglect guests who are already in camp. Please don't arrive in camp until around 3:00PM.

DEPARTURE: Please remove your personal items from the motel, tents, or other lodging facility before 11:00AM on the last day of your hunt - outfitter is NOT RESPONSIBLE for persons exceeding/staying beyond the prescribed check-out time -- if you need an extra overnight stay we can usually arrange that for a slight additional fee WITH 30 DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE.

LODGING: Each package (except day hunts) include modest, clean, comfortable lodging (can be motels, tent camp or other facility to be determined by outfitter prior to each hunt) with good food (cafes, camp cook, and/or restaurants) and experienced, knowledgeable guides. All overnight sleeping accommodations are based on double occupancy unless otherwise arranged for by the individual hunter.

FOOD SERVICE: Meals begin on the night of your arrival and ends with the evening meal on the last day of your hunt in NM. Coffee and coffee makers are available for your use along with boot dryers when available. If you have special dietary needs, we will do our best to accommodate them--just remember that if you don't give us advanced notice, we are limited in how we can assist you.

FIELD PREPARATION OF ANIMAL: For those with deer, elk or antelope, we will remove the animal from the field, dress it, rough cape it and prepare the carcass for transportation in your vehicle. Come prepared with enough coolers to transport your game -- there are only limited resources to purchase coolers at most of our hunting locations. In other words, it can be difficult to find large coolers anywhere near the hunting area.

TAXIDERMY: Excellent taxidermy is available and we will be happy to deliver your game to our taxidermist for a fee to be determined by the outfitter. All fees, payments or other charges for taxidermy are the sole/separate responsibility of the hunter.
