We began offering prairie dog shoots for the first time in 2004 and it was a big hit. Once again we will be shooting prairie dogs during the months of May, June, and July & August. Our existing leases have very large populations of prairie dogs and offer the ultimate rifleman's challenge. This is a great way to enjoy hours of shooting and it's a great deal of fun. A minimum party of -6- or more shooters is required, OR $3,600 and you can bring up to -6- persons.

A typical day involves usually less than an hour's drive (usually about 25-50 minutes to locations) until you'll begin 6 hours of shooting time from a bench rest set up in the field. One person spots and one person shoots - this gives the guns a chance to COOL down when you're not shooting! We take a break at lunch time then back to shooting until it's time to quit for the day and head in. Bring your favorite varmint rifle and at least 500 rounds of ammo. Come on out and try it once a we know you will be hooked. Fly into Amarillo, TX. Be sure to bring binoculars or spotting scopes good out to 500 yards, wide-brimmed hats, sunscreen, OFF bug repellent and plenty of ammo!
