We have job openings from time to time and from year to year in both the Texas Panhandle and New Mexico. The following are some brief job descriptions of various positions we hire for and policy information. We like to hire personable employees, self-starters, who care about our guests and especially about safety. We offer an awesome hunting experience and we want our guests to enjoy their adventure but want them to do so in a safe environment.

Some of our employees will be away from family and friends for a couple of months at a time and closely working with other guides and employees. It is crucial that we all work together as one unit. TEAM WORK IS ESSENTIAL and it is a priority for everyone to bring a positive attitude to their job and get along with other employees and our wonderful guests.

  • Housekeeping/Kitchen assistant (living quarters can be provided)
    Must have some experience. Spanish speaking OK as long as some English is spoken. Applicant must have non-family, verifiable references.
  • Position:  Wait staff/server/kitchen helper/housekeeping
    Title:  Lodge Staff
    Description:
    $3000 for the season -- Looking for a special person to assist the chef with meal preparation, serving and clearing dining tables at noon and evening meal times as well as washing all dishes, pots & pans. Responsible for cleaning the -3- guest bathrooms daily/or as needed during peak periods, vacuuming dining area and kitchen, mop kitchen at end of each day after evening meal. Work approximately 8-10 hours a day. Light housekeeping in Lodge to assist housekeeping staff as needed.

Must have reliable transportation. English/Spanish speaking OK. Job starts October 26 and runs through January 8, 2008 - could be permanent full-time position for right person. PRIVATE HOUSE AND 2 meals a day provided! No children or pets.

  • Hunting Guides
    Texas Panhandle & New Mexico  Must have some experience and reliable 4WD transportation. If looking for quail guiding positions, must have own dogs with proven abilities. Camo clothing required for deer hunting guides.
